The Food & beverage is made by Our Chef Rudy Franceschetti and Maurizio Piazza, who are happy to create unique dishes, prepared according to the traditional Italian cuisine with home-made products, according to recipes handed down, with a modern take. We also offer a kitchen without gluten or intolerance to other food products.
